COVID-19 Precautions

It’s hard to put into words how appreciative we are of the love, support, understanding, and flexibility you have all shown us throughout this past year of unknowns and rescheduling. Our big day is finally approaching on May 22, 2021 and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

The health and safety of our friends and family is of the utmost concern to us. We wanted to share some additional details around the precautions that we will be taking to ensure this is a safe and fun event for all!

Venues

Our welcome party, ceremony, and reception will be held completely outdoors.

Our welcome party will be held at the outdoor pool rooftop at The Kimpton Rowan Hotel. You can read more about their increased disinfection and safety protocols on their website.

Our ceremony and reception will be held at Colony 29, which is a 100% outdoor venue. Tables will be spaced six feet apart, less people will be seated at each table than usual, and family and friend “pods” will be taken into consideration when deciding on seating arrangements.

Our after party will be at Moxie Palm Springs, which is a partially-indoor/partially-outdoor bar & restaurant. The tables we have reserved are on their open-air, outdoor patio.

Vendors

All vendors have implemented heightened safety protocols to protect their staff and our guests. Staff will be wearing masks at all times. Our catering and bartending staff will also be wearing gloves during the preparation and serving of food and beverages.

Guests

The state of California’s guidelines state that all guests should be either be fully vaccinated OR receive negative COVID test results within 72 hours of the event. If you would like to get tested upon arrival in Palm Springs, here is a list of local testing sites.
